On March 2nd, the Simple Music Ensemble World will feature the best melodies by the Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi from the Hayao Miyazaki's films arranged for piano at the Theater im Delphi, Berlin.

Although at first it may seem that they represent different forms of art, yet both geniuses work in a similar style, creating universes of ideas and images, organically complementing each other. Joe Hisaishi's compositions convey the emotions, feelings and depth of each scene, creating the very volume and multidimensionality that are so are highly valued in the animated films of the great animation director.
Simple Music Ensemble World will feature the music of the great maestro on the piano, going along with the audience on a magical journey through the Miyazaki's worlds. The program includes melodies from such animated films, as "My Neighbor Totoro", "Spirited Away", "Howl's Moving Castle", "Princess Mononoke", "The Wind Rises" and other works by the famous Japanese animator.
