The concert will feature music from an animated film. The audience will also have the opportunity to listen to other music appropriate to the atmosphere of the event and original compositions created by the talented musicians of Simple Music Ensemble World, inspired by the music from favorite animated films.

Please note that the film screening is not included in the program. The main focus of the concert will be on the music: amazing, exciting, and fascinating!

Hisaishi's music has become an integral part of Miyazaki's cinematic heritage. Although at first it may seem that they represent different forms of art, yet both geniuses work in a similar style, creating universes of ideas and images, organically complementing each other. Joe Hisaishi's compositions convey the emotions, feelings and depth of each scene, creating the very volume and multidimensionality that are so are highly valued in the animated films of the great animation director.

Simple Music Ensemble World will feature the music of the great maestro on the piano, going along with the audience on a magical journey through the Miyazaki's worlds. The program includes melodies from such animated films, as "My Neighbor Totoro", "Spirited Away", "Howl's Moving Castle", "Princess Mononoke", "The Wind Rises" and other works by the famous Japanese animator.
